About this apartment rental
Apartment in residence Alpages 1, located on the 10th floor (2 elevators), with a west-facing balcony.
Located in the center of the resort, it is close to restaurants and shops (100 m), the daycare center (150 m), the children's village (350 m) and the Aquariaz aquatic center (300 m).
Avoriaz is the family resort par excellence and perfectly adapted to children (with the reception in the village of children from 3 years, snowpark, toboggan run). Access to the slopes, skis on your feet from the residence. Portes du Soleil ski area of 650km.
100% pedestrian resort and always snow-covered in winter (altitude: 1800m to 2460m).
The apartment includes:
- A living room with 2 single sofa-beds, plus a pull-out bed (blankets provided, sheets not provided)
- A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The living room is separated from the bedroom by a removable partition (blanket provided, sheets not provided)
- An equipped kitchen (microwave, electric hob, dishwasher and fridge)
- A bathroom with bathtub (towels and bath mat not provided). The toilets are independent
- Entrance with cupboards
- A balcony
- A ski locker at the bottom of the building

Nice apartment with a west facing balcony. Kitchen hob is rather challenging (no indications on the knobs). Apartment is on 10th floor near lift.

Un peu déçue car l’appartement manque d’entretien (tarifs élevés)
Placards et vaisselle à nettoyer avant de les utiliser
Cuisine une plinthe décollée plaques de cuisson vieillissantes pas de four
SdB le Verrou ne ferme pas le radiateur ne fonctionne pas tour de baignoire moisi
Peu de prises électriques et mal fixées au mur
Erreur dans la livraison de la réservation de linge
Appartement proposé pour 5 personnes mais cela deviendrait un dortoir
Une seule clé sur 4 fonctionnait pour l’ouverture du casier à ski
Nous n’avons jamais vu le concierge mais lui avons notifié les manques par sms
La résidence elle même aurait besoin d’entretien
Heureusement la vue est superbe et la situation dans la station parfaite

L’appartement était tel indiqué dans l’annonce, pas de surprise. Bien situé, propre si j’ai un point négatif c’est la manque de prise de courant. Sinon c’était parfait je signe pour l’année prochaine. Meilleurs vœux à vous 🎄👍

Malgré le contexte Covid, notre semaine a été très agréable. La station a proposé des animations et activités très variées.
L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal, offrant une vue splendide sur les sommets. La communion avec Émile a été parfaite, merci encore pour tout !
