About this apartment rental
COMPLETELY RENOVATED 2021
Apartment ideally located in the heart of the resort.
It is the closest residence to all the shops and activities:
- Ski school (the children's village at 50m)
- Carrefour Market opposite
- Ice rink in front of the entrance to the residence
- Tourist office and cash desk at 100m
- Ski rental and restaurants at the foot of the residence
And all the services offered by the resort: aquatic center (Aquariaz) medical center…
Of course, departure and return ski in ski out, with ski locker in the basement of the building.
The apartment faces west and overlooks the heart of the resort.
The equipment of our apartment is new in a neat and warm decoration:
- 2 connected 40-inch Smart TVs (living room and master bedroom)
- Nespresso coffee maker
- Dishwasher
- Kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 induction hobs
- multifunction oven
- fridge with freezer compartment
- a ski boot dryer
- 1 USB charger to charge your phone integrated in each reading light in each room
(2 in the master bedroom / 3 in the mountain bedroom)
The apartment includes:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140/200
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (140/200 downstairs and 90/200 upstairs)
Each bed is equipped with pillows and duvets (double bed 220/240 and small bed 140/200)
- 1 bathroom with double sink and shower - 1 separate toilet in the entrance
- airlock in the entrance with electric ski boot dryer
Bed linen is included in the price and the beds are made on arrival for the WINTER season. (In summer please bring your sheets and towels)
In WINTER Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
In summer day rental - 3 nights minimum.
We also own the 18 m² studio (2-3 people) adjoining this apartment and a 36 m² apartment (5 people) located on the 5th floor of the same residence.

Wonderful apartment and really well organized. Has everything in place for a week long vacation. The only downside is that it's loud at night and you can hear people until the early hours of the night.

everything was great, as shown in the photos. very convenient place - only problem was the noise coming in from the bars and restaurants under the building.

The property was well kept, clean, well presented and all utensils you could need. Check in was seamless. As soon as we walked into the apartment we were so happy we had booked. The feel of the apartment was cosy alpine and we are already looking at returning next year!
