About this villa rental
What we value most is the spacious and quit area. The early birds may catch a deer in the garden. Walk from the house directly into the forest. Enjoy the evenings @ the open fire outside or in the house or ski within 20 minutes. Chill out and unwind.
The house has a garage for 2 cars. After reservation we will send a complete and detailed route description to the chalet. Including a version for winter time when snow has fallen.

Wir haben als siebenköpfige Männerrunde das Haus für ein Wochenende gemietet. Die Wohnung ist aufgrund ihrer Hanglage interessant geschnitten, man hat von der Terrasse einen weiten Ausblick, allerdings nicht auf den Diemelsee. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten richten sich an Erwachsene, ein Zimmer mit drei Betten, darunter ein Etagenbett, zielt wohl eher auf Kinder und Jugendliche ab, für uns hat es aber gepasst.
Die Auffahrt von der Talstraße zum Haus ist recht lang und steil. Mit dem Auto heutzutage kein Problem mehr, zu Fuß hat man bei Spaziergängen aber etwas vor sich, eher nichts für Fußlahme... Dafür sorgt die abgelegene Lage für Ruhe, die im Ort manchmal nervig lauten Motorräder waren am Haus so gut wie nicht zu hören.

Wij hebben genoten van het uitzicht en de stilte. Er is heel wat te beleven in en rond de Diemelsee, vooral voor kinderen. Het huisje is echter minder toegankelijk voor minder mobiele personen en heeft een heel gevaarlijke oprit. Een grote poets- en onderhoudsbeurt dringt zich toch wel op. Verhouding prijs - kwaliteit is niet echt in evenwicht.
