The apartment is quite acceptable for the standard provided. It is rather small, but big enough for one person. But hardly for two.
The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The bed is really good. The bathroom has got no door, and the shower is so tiny that you can hardly move in it. The garden surrounding the gated estate is really beautiful to look at with its lush mediterranean vegetation and offers a good view.
The biggest advantage of this accomodation is that it is so well-situated. All places of interest are within easy walking-distance. The train station is just 2 minutes'walk away, the seafront 5 minutes, the supermarket 10 minutes, and the city centre a quarter of an hour. Besides, there are several very nice gardens and parks in the immediate vicinity.
On the other hand, there is one serious inconvenience- the noise! Due to the closeness of the train station and the relatively high frequency of trains arriving and departing this constitutes a real nuisance. The same goes for the building itself which is badly soundproofed, so that you can hear the slightest movements from the neighbouring apartments.
But if you are willing to put up with this and use earplugs ,you can nevertheless have a good time there.
