* Toller Balkon mit Meerblick – zwar relativ weit weg, aber ja: Man sieht das Meer!
* Lage in Bahnhofsnähe ideal für Ausflügler:innen
* Sympatische und hochwertige kleine Läden in direkter Nachbarschaft (Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Spirituosen …)
Insgesamt sind die (etwas kleine) Küchenecke und das Badezimmer schon ein wenig "in die Jahre gekommen" und könnten ein Makeover vertragen. Außerdem könnte die Grundreinigung etwas sorgfältiger sein und man hätte sich über frische Spülschwämme und Toilettenpapier gefreut. Aber das sind Kritikpunkte auf relativ hohem Niveau, die angesichts des sehr guten Preises nicht entscheidend ins Gewicht fallen.

I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili, abbiamo chiesto se potevamo entrare nell'appartamento un po' prima di quanto indicato e ci sono venuti incontro. L'appartamento è molto essenziale, ha tutto ciò che serve. Il letto è un divano-letto piuttosto comodo.
La posizione è comoda, molto vicino alla stazione. Si cammina un po' per raggiungere il centro e le spiagge più belle ma a Menton tutto è raggiungibile a piedi.
L'accesso è stato organizzato come self-check-in. Le indicazioni sono state chiarissime, quindi è stato molto facile svolgere tutto. Unica cosa che non è stata comodissima è che per raggiungere la cassetta con le chiavi è necessario che qualcuno esca dal palazzo per farti entrare. Non abbiamo aspettato molto, meno di dieci minuti, ma dipende un po' dal caso

Très jolie appartement situé à 15 mn à pied du centre de menton et de la croisette.
Une propreté inégalée, des dosettes de café à disposition ainsi que les draps, serviettes, gel douche.
Très jolie balcon avec vue sur la ville.
En bas de l'immeuble, vous trouverez une boucherie, une boulangerie et un restaurant
La manque de place de parking, le passage des voitures et motos.
Prévoir des boules quies.

Location and lift.
Condition of property is very outdated. Murphy bed is inconvenient. Lobby and hallways smell bad. Size is very tiny for two people.
