The apartments of Holiday Elve, inspired by the colors of the sea, are tastefully furnished and recently built.
They are only 300 meters from the sea and are equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, washing machine, LED TV, hairdryer, linen, crockery, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi connection.
Located on the ground floor, they have a large and lovely furnished outdoor patio with umbrella, table and chairs.
Elve house is located in a residential area a few meters from restaurants, tobacconists, bars, supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop.
A free shuttle service from Capaccio and Paestum station.

Modern. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Nah zum schönen Strand. Nette Vermieter. Sehr viele lohnende Tagesausflüge in der Nähe.
Relativ wenig Touriinfrastruktur in direkter Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist komfortabel, sauber, neuwertig und modern eingerichtet. Schon dadurch kann man sich hier wohl fühlen. Man kann bedenkenlos lüften, da es an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter gibt. Außerdem gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Eine große Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm, Tisch und Stühlen lädt zum gemütlichen Sitzen an warmen Abenden ein. Hinzu kommt der freundliche Empfang mit Büffelmozzarella, die Erreichbarkeit der stets freundlichen Vermieter und die völlig unproblematische Abwicklung der Bezahlung (z.B. die prompte Rückerstattung der Kaution). Die absolut günstige Lage in Strandnähe ist wunderbar, dennoch ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
