About this apartment rental
Nestled amongst a pine and oak forest you will find this pretty one bedroomed garden apartment which is set high on a gated domain overlooking the bay of St Tropez. The apartment is a few steps away from 2 private swimming pools, a childrens pool and pool house with table tennis.
The apartment is equipped with fitted wardrobes and a fitted kitchen which includes a washing machine, fridge and microwave. The decor of the living room is typically provencal and has a double sofa bed. The oak bi-fold doors open up to reveal the kitchen which has the added benefit of a breakfast bar and easy wicker chairs. The external patio doors from the kitchen lead onto the private garden with sun loungers and table and chairs for al fresco dinning. The bathroom has recently been up graded and includes a very invigorating power shower.
The garden is planted with a range of mediterranean plants and pine trees and backs onto extensive woodland and vineyards. Although the pine trees allow plenty of welcome shade the garden does get plenty of sunshine to top up that tan !

L’appartement est idéalement situé, dans un domaine privé assez classe et à 30 mètres de la piscine (de l’autre côté de la route). Il est très joliment décoré, dans un style shabby chic qui change des locations de vacances habituelles. La literie est bonne. Le petit jardin situé à l’arrière est magnifique et très cosy, nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps le matin et le soir, avant ou après nos sorties dans les environs. Quelques points négatifs à noter cependant : la smart TV n’en est pas vraiment une puisque Netflix et Youtube ne fonctionnent pas et qu’il est impossible de caster l’image de son smartphone sur l’écran de la télévision. Le réfrigérateur tabletop est vraiment trop petit, même pour deux adultes. Mais le gros problème demeure le stationnement. Chaque appartement de la résidence possède sa place mais des gens extérieurs s’y garent et on peut rentrer le soir et découvrir que notre place est prise. Il faudrait un arceau de parking verrouillé sur chaque emplacement pour éviter ce genre de désagrément très énervant pendant des vacances. J’espère que la copropriété fera ce qu’il faut pour éliminer ce désagrément. Cela dit, l’impression globale reste très positive. Ce petit appartement est très bien agencé et équipé. On s’y est sentis merveilleusement bien pendant deux semaines et si nous revenons à Cogolin, nous n’hésiterons pas à y séjourner à nouveau.
