Appartement bien agencé et décoré avec gout , situé dans une résidence agréable et calme . Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très sympathique de Mme RICCI qui nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires pour nous permettre de passer un séjour dans les meilleurs conditions . Une adresse à retenir .

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans des conditions idéales, dans une résidence de Standing, les jardins sont très bien fleuris et entretenus. Un appartement climatisé super bien équipée. Salle à manger avec coin cuisine très bien aménagé (lave-vaisselle plaque électrique, micro ondes etc..)salon confortable (wiffi, TV et musique). Deux chambres dont une avec TV et lecteur DVD. Salle de bain avec double lavabos, baignoire-douche et machine à laver le linge dissimulée dans un placard. Terrasse bien meublée, transats à disposition, très belle piscine. Idéal pour un séjour de détente en amoureux ou en famille. Séduit, nous revenons l'année prochaine.

Très bel appartement de haut standing dans une résidence très bien arborée. Appartement très bien équipé et décoré comme il faut. La proximité du centre fait que l'on peut faire ses courses à pied. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. J'ai passé un excellent séjour et je n'hésiterai à recommander cette belle adresse.

Die positiven Punkte natürlich vorweg: ~ sehr sauber und aufgeräumt ~ Vollausstattung inkl. Klimaanlage ~ Vermieter sehr nett (Französischkenntnisse aber erforderlich) ~ 5 Minute mit dem Wagen zum Strand und auf dem Weg liegt ein Supermarkt Manko und daher auch leider nur mittelmäßige Gesamtbewertung: ~ Schlafzimmerfenster und der sehr schöne große Balkon liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Haupteinfahrt der gesamten Residenz, d.h man bekommt jegliche Ein und Ausfahrten am Tor mit ~ Müll und Glaskontainer stehen schräg gegenüber und leider werden die ersten Bewohner bereits in den frühen Morgenstunden auf dem Weg zur Arbeit ihr Glas lautstark in den Kontainer ~ die Wohnung liegt insgesamt ca 20 Meter Luftlinie von der Hauptverkehrsstraße von La Croix Valmer entfernt. Leider trägt dies nicht zu Ruhe und Entspannung bei Alles in Allem keine Punkte, die seitens der Vermieter verschuldet sind aber leider geht dieses Manko auch nicht aus den Fotos oder der Beschreibung hervor
