Beautiful villa with great history of restoration. The owner (Miho) is a great guy who really cares about his guests and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The pool is great, villa is very clean, kitchen is well equipped.
It was not clear to me upon booking that one room/studio is somewhat separate from the rest of the villa (separate entrance one level below main living room/kitchen) but turned out part of our group even preferred such setup.

The property itself nothing. It was a little hike up the hill to get there but then the views are excellent

We cannot fault Villa Stone nor Miho (owner host). The villa was impeccably restored with everything you’d need to have a very comfortable stay. The pool area is superb and if you had smaller children there is plenty for them to do such as trampoline, slide, bikes, table tennis etc. There are loads of quirky nooks and cranny’s around the place (but I won’t spoil it as you need to see them for yourself). The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, big fridge/freezer and dishwasher. And there is a big TV in the lounge area. We were a mixed age group of 6 people (15 - 80 yo) and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The views over looking Srebreno bay are stunning and are a real time waster just watching the boats coming in and out. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas around the pool along with a sizeable BBQ which we used a couple of times. We would 100% recommend villa stone and are already talking about coming back. There is an annexe part to the villa with a bedroom, bathroom and living space with a small kitchen - this was perfect for the grandparents to have a bit of their own space. The remaining 3 bedrooms are double/ twin with en- suite which is a bonus. Miho is a fabulous host and is rightly very proud of his villa which he restored from a derelict shell 10 years ago. He made us feel like old friends and nothing was too much trouble (Miho is happy to arrange transportation to and from the airport if needed which is 15 mins away) and he is available if you have any queries or advice on trips, what to do etc. All in all a wonderful time was had by all.
The villa is approx 140m above sea level on some very narrow and windy roads so you have to have your wits about you if you’re driving (but you do get used to it). The villa has amazing views but this means there are a fair numbers of steps up to main area of the house. This wasn’t a problem for us but it’s a consideration if you had less able bodied people. There’s some local wildlife about namely a few very tame cats - not an issue for us but if you don’t like cats then don’t encourage them by feeding them but I think many guests do.
