The location was perfect. The view was exceptional. I could’ve happily spent all day lazing around the pool just looking at the outlook. it was an easy walk to everything that was needed from bars, restaurants and grocery stores.
The room we were in had exceptionally bad mould in the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door shut to not smell it. If this was in Australia the place would’ve been shut down on the amount of mould.

We arrived at the property, there is no strteet parking so I stayed in the car and my wife went to see how we could get in and park the car. The gate to the property was open but there was no one about. I then swapped with my wife and eventually foind the host who was doing laundry, the dogs are friendly BTW!
The pool area was very close and we used the pool in the evenings. The area is stunning and you can get a cheap boat taxi into Debriovnik, don't do the booze cruise though, overcrowded, poor food and awful wine. Debrovnuk can be done in 3-4 hours and we would not have wanted to be in the city. This place is excellent.
There was no sign or doorbell. There is also absolutely zero phone signal or 3g/5g so communication was an issue. Even a sigh to point new arrivals in the right direction would be good. The studio room is very small and luckily we had not planned to buy food and cook. There are plenty of good restaraunts close by.

The pool are was nice and the young guy was quite helpful
Difficult to check in, we were sent information by a company Booker but it had no information of how to check in just the owners number, but when we go to the property we could not get WIFI so had to go to the restaurant to get WIFI! we weren't the only ones as we had two other couples walk down to our apartment as they could see us and ask for her information. The property we stayed in was attached to the restaurant ( La Norma) so late nights and early morning when they started cleaning at 7am. The cooking smells from the restaurant were quite over powering too (although the restaurant itself is lovely and food great). The mosquito's in the apartment are really bad and there are no plugs in the apartment. Not sure why but the small hallway has an old exercise bike a vacuum cleaner and a few mops and buckets! The bedroom paintwork is peeling off the walls which looks awful too! Dogs and Cats roaming the outside area and cats like to wander into the apartment and sit on the balcony furniture. When we arrived I wandered up to the pool which is nice but there was a huge dog poo on the decking. I contacted the owner through booking.com but as its not direct it took a few days for it to filter through. For the amount of money you pay this I feel is unacceptable.
