Close to the centre of zell em see. Clean tidy room, very cosy stay. Our room was very open planned with the shower fully open.
Loved we had 2 separate balconies.
Keypad for entering room so won't lose the key
Quiet event though you back onto the railway line
Needs a kettle in the room
A curtain or blinds over the second door would be better to block out sunlight. For us it was okay as we were there in winter

Clean room, cozy house, close to lake and city center. Easy check in - keys waiting on the counter.
Got a room in first/basement floor and there was railway with regular train traffic just outside the terasse, thankfully the train doesnt go during the night, just late evening/early morning and daytime.
It was a bit stressful with parking. Hotel has limited parking spaces and we had to leave car on street in city parking which is free only from 6pm til 8am (so had to get up early) + wasnt easy to find a free spot. So you should arrive a bit early to avoid this.
