About this apartment rental
A ground floor studio annexe mainly suited for a couple but for a short stay, of one or two nights, family with one or two children or a third adult could stay but the accommodation would be tight. Included are a memory foam super king size bed, a double sofa bed, both dining and coffee tables, iron, an en suite bathroom, shower, bidet, linen and towels. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential crockery & utensils, a washer/dryer, microwave, grill, oven, cooker, dishwasher and a fridge and freezer. Luxuries include a full-sized bath, shaver point, hairdryer, a 32” SMART TV with free satellite channels and wireless fibre optic broadband access.Free parking Space for one car. Teas coffees, including decaf, and biscuits are provided. Cooking necessities such as herbs, oils and spices are also provided

Annexe is situated a ten-fifteen-minute walk from the town centre, train station and the River Thames, accompanied by the Mill Meadows park and River & Rowing Museum. Town centre includes many restaurants, pubs, cafés, shops, supermarkets, a cinema and theatre. Henley-On-Thames is a prestigious and historic town, in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is also renowned for its internationally known Royal Regatta and Music and other festivals. It’s easily accessible, having rail/bus connections with London, Reading, Oxford and nearby towns. It’s also a thirty minutes’ drive from Heathrow Airport, and is just of the M4 and M40 motorways. (London 50 minutes, Oxford 30 minutes, Reading 20 minutes).

This studio is clean, well equipped and wonderfully located, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay in Henley. The town is beautiful, with plenty of places to eat and amazing countryside and river walks.Shahid is warm and friendly and communication was always prompt.Highly recommend.

8 nights in this immaculate, convenient guest quarters. The Butts are the best hosts ever, and the apartment is well stocked and well organized. We were touring London & outside of London, and made our “home base” in Henley with easy access to trains & highway. We looked forward every day to coming “home” to this property. It was perfect in every way. I recommend the Butts and this property with highest confidence.

Very clean with the 3xtra mile gone with extras such as tea, coffee and biscuits plus toiletries. Not usual in self catering, would definitely recommend.

This was an amazing little place to stay for the weekend! I highly recommend it to anyone that is traveling to Henley and I absolutely will be staying there when I return. Thank you Shahid for everything!
