Чистая, новая, свежая, удобная квартира. Довольны всем. Чувствовали себя людьми) наличие бесплатной парковки это огромный бонус. Рядом прекрасный супермаркет. Там можно купить готовую еду и просто разогреть в номере в микроволновке. После прогулок по шумному центру очень комфортно вернуться в тихий район. Наличие балкона тоже большой плюс. Мы всем очень довольны. Спасибо хозяину за комфорт
В апартаментах нет стиральной машины. Но в Италии это распространено почему-то. Если была бы еще машинка, то вообще было бы 10 из 10. Но есть утюг. И вроде прачка рядом. Мы до нее не дошли.

Non è stato facile trovare il portone a causa della mancanza di targhetta con numero civico accanto al portone e con la scarsa illuminazione

L’appartamento è tutto nuovo, molto silenzioso, con un bel bagno e una doccia molto grande. Comodissimo per visitare Bologna in macchina perché il parcheggio è gratuito. Ottimo anche il supermercato proprio di fronte!
Purtroppo la struttura esternamente sembra abbandonata perché ci sono dei lavori di ristrutturazione da terminare (credo)… nell’atrio non c’è nemmeno la luce… il primo impatto è stato un po’ negativo.

Bus station closeby (30 mins direct to the center) and a big supermarket closeby. It was pretty clean and great communication with the host.
