About this apartment rental
This air conditioned two bedroom, two bathroom, family apartment is located only 80 meters from the beach of Playa del Angel in the outskirts of Estepona town. A large supermarket and a few restaurants are all within a short walk from the property. It offers access to a community gym and a large community swimming pool, with a separate children s pool. The apartment has side sea views from the east facing balcony with its dining table and comfortable seating. Inside the apartment you will find a modern king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also a walk-in wardrobe. There is also a twin bedroom with access to a family shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer and a breakfast table for four guests. The lounge benefits from comfortable seating for five guests, dining area, a Smart TV with a fibre optic connection and access to the balcony. Within the community you will find the swimming pool and also a children s play area with swings and climbing frames. There is also a community gym with some weight machines and cardio equipment and during the summer months, there is a cafe bar on site in the urbanisation. The apartment provides a private parking space in a communal underground garage and there is also plenty of street parking around the complex. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartment.

This property was excellent to stay in. It was secure and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the TV was as real bonus as it had every channel you could ever wish for. The location was perfect and the grounds well maintained, with a brilliant pool. Overall we could not have asked for anything more.

The apartment is nice, has all the facilities to make it feel like home. Maybe the shower curtain should be replaced with something more modern to match the rest. It is not very appealing.

This apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Situated in a complex with well maintained grounds and pool area, we found it clean and comfortable and just a few minutes walk from the local beach and supermarket. We would recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a restful holiday.
