It’s located in a calm residential district nearby the sea. It has a nice view and a fully equipped kitchen.
If you bring a suitcase, it’s difficult to enter the apartment as someone’s old cupboards are blocking the entrance.
Guests have already complained about it in the reviews, but the management hasn’t done anything to fix it.
If you bring more clothes, you will have not much space to place it as many wardrobes are stuffed with the owner’s personal clothes and items.
If you come in winter, you are not allowed to heat the apartment while you leave for a shop or a walk (electricity and the water heater switch off by default), so you come back to a cold and damp place.
If you want the privacy in the bathroom, it’s not much -there is no door. There is a sliding wall which is broken and doesn’t slide. And if you manage to slide it for more privacy, you will need another person to help you open it and let you out, as there is no handle and no way to open it from inside.
The windows and the curtains are dirty, torn and broken.
