I loved the location and the layout of the home. It offered plenty of room for our group to have privacy and yet could all gather together.
The parking stated three cars were allowed, however, we had a full size truck, mid size truck and an SUV. There was not instructions on what parking was allowed outside of the driveway so we had to leave on car at the Casino as it would not fit in the driveway and the only other parking spot would have been on the grass and we were afraid it would get towed
The home was fairly clean, however, it is showing a lack of detailed cleaning and there were sugar ants in the bathroom, kitchen and upstairs.

The layout was good especially I’d you have 2/3 individuals or couples staying there. It afforded every a bedroom of their own. It has a good sized living area with room to spare.
Parking is tight if you have more the one vehicle, it’s doable. The kitchen/dinning area are a bit small if you have more then 4 people. Couches need to be replaced on both floors. Downspout drain by entrance path from driveway needs to be unplugged.
