The ground floor features a converted garage with a ping-pong and pool table. You will also find two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a second living area with a kitchenette.

The main living floor features an open-concept floor plan with wood floors and a stylish living area with a flat-screen TV and fireplace. A full kitchen has a suite of stainless steel appliances. The main suite offers a desk setup, a TV, and an en suite bathroom. A half bath adds convenience. A huge wraparound deck boasts multiple alfresco living areas as well as a gas grill and a private hot tub. Upstairs, two more bedrooms share a bathroom. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
