About this villa rental
Nestling at the end of a small lane in the picturesque hamlet of Cabasson, the villa occupies an exquisite location 600m from a quiet sandy beach of Cabasson, overlooking the famous Fort de Brégancon, (the French presidential summer retreat ). This beautiful traditionally styled villa is set in an acre of garden. The villa can totally sleep 8/10 people, 4/5 bedrooms, (2 double, 2 twin), two bathrooms and two separate WC's. The villa living space consists of a large living /dining area which has immediate access to a large outdoor terrace with dining area. The 10x5m swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive paved area with sunloungers. There is also an additional covered seating area. The pool area is totally fenced, allowing total safety for children. The enclosed grassed garden surrounding the villa is attractively planted with Mediterranean trees and shrubs and includes an area for table tennis.

The house is very spacious and well equipped. It has a large garden, large swimming pool and a nice summerhouse. It is withinwalking distance of a very nice beach, plage de Cabasson. We enjoyed our stay.

We highly recommend this property.
It is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood between vineyards and the sea.
The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. It felt like home away from home.
It has a big and enclosed garden, a secured swimming pool and a large terrace in which we spent relaxing evenings listening the sound of waves reaching the shores.
We thank Elizabeth for making sure everything was organised before our arrival and her availability at all times.

Cabasson is a peaceful hamlet in a perfect location for enjoying the Provence beaches and vineyards. Both adult and kid friendly, the whole family had a wonderful stay. The villa owners are very attentive to detail and were great virtual hosts before, during and after our holiday.
