About this villa rental
Ideal for families with children, our Oustau (house in Provence) is located 5 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Bormes or Le Lavandou and their activities. A few hundred meters from the medieval village of Bormes les Mimosas, our Oustau dei adré, of 160m², welcomes you with its 4 bedrooms and their bathrooms, its infinity pool, its solarium, its terraces facing south / south west and a soothing view of the hills and the plain of Bormes Les Mimosas.
Built in 2007, it consists of:
- a 62m² living / dining room with 2 240cm tables (indoor + outdoor), 12 chairs, 2 sofas, a coffee table.
- 4 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed of 160cm, 2 with double beds of 140cm, the last with 2 single beds of 90cm + 1 bed of 80cm, convertible into double bed of 160cm), all bedding is new.
- 3 bathrooms with shower and a shower room (each with its toilets) adjoining the bedrooms.
Air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms.
- an open kitchen of 11m² (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, large oven, plancha, coffee maker, Nespresso.)
- a solarium and terraces with 7 sun loungers and 1 outdoor garden furniture
For your outdoor distractions:
A pleasant infinity pool of approximately 8 x 4 m, 6 deckchairs, an outdoor ping pong table, pétanque balls, a BBQ, a topographic map for walks.
Indoors: a Clavinova electronic piano, a 117 cm flat screen TV, a Play station 3, a DVD player, Wi-Fi access, a Hi Fi system, Bluetooth speakers, a few books / novels,.
4 car parking
Close to shops (bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, post office, food, restaurants, church ....) 10/12 min walk.
Out of season, groups of cyclists appreciate the location of the house, close to bicycle paths and mountain circuits.

This wonderful property is paradise! Beautiful, spacious and well fitted house, the pool is awesome at any time during the day, plus it’s close to some of the prettiest beaches of the French Riviera (Cabasson, L’Estagnol).
Walking distance to a superb Provençal village.
What else can you ask for?

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is much more tranquil and beautiful in real life with lots of space for a family of 5. It is incredibly well appointed with lovely crockery and glasses and everything in between. The pool area is glorious and got sun all day long. There are also lots of other little courtyards and areas to sit. The owner and property manager were very responsive and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Perfect villa for our summer holiday in Bormes. Very spacious and well equipped. The pool was fabulous! Great location as only a short walk to the beautiful village of Bormes les Mimosas.

Wonderful house, decorated tastefully, very big spaces. We had 6 children and teenagers, a lot of space for everybody. Amazing view from the pool, and night swim with the lights was great for the children. Access to the pool is secured for small children.
The house is very functional, has all the facilities you need. The living room / kitchen are big and enjoyable, with access to several terraces.
The house was extremely clean, the laundry (sheets and towels) were also very clean and fresh. The rooms are very large, and each room has its own bathroom, which is great when you are a lot of people like we were.
The house is at a 5 min walk from the historical center, a very cute provencal village. Beaches are at a 10 min drive.
We will definately come again. We only spent a small week and we still have a lot to see in that beautiful location.
