About this house rental
Detached villa situated in a very quiet residential setting, just outside the walls of Fosdinovo village. The house, surrounded by greenery, is equipped with a terrace, garden and carport. It consists of entrance-living room with a practical French double sofa bed, fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom and bathroom with bathtub / shower. Fully furnished, it has a large library available for reading lovers.
From the house you can easily walk to the majestic Malaspina Castle from the second half of the 12th century, located at the top of the village along Via Francigena, and admire the breathtaking panorama of one of the best panoramic views, "the walls". Just outside the city walls you can spend a few hours of healthy fun and adrenaline in an adventure park, for adults and children, built in a cool pine forest. The area also offers the opportunity to visit Sarzana, with its Fortezza, and Carrara, with its famous white marble quarries, which can also be admired from a fantastic panoramic point accessible by car, Campo Cecina, where you can Can appreciate the beauty of our Apuan Alps. From the mountain to the sea, you can easily reach fantastic seaside resorts, from Lerici, Santerenzo, Magra mouth, Portovenere, Cinque Terre, Palmaria island but also Versilia, in Tuscany, with its nightlife. In the area restaurants with typical dishes accompanied by local produce wines, we will be happy to advise you.

We had a lovely comfortable time in this cute cozy little house. Its so ideally situated that we were able to travel to incredible places, for example: Genoa, Cinque Terre, la Spezia, Venice, Pisa, Florence, Siena and Rome

Das Haus ist super schön gelegen. Der Garten ist groß und schattig, genau das richtige für heiße Sommertage. Nico und seine Eltern waren tolle Gastgeber und wir haben uns jederzeit super wohl gefühlt! Es ist schön durch Fosdinovo zu spazieren und dem Ausblick auf das Tal zu genießen. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder!

4 weken hebben we mogen genieten van dit compleet ingerichte huis met een waanzinnig uitzicht. Hartelijk ontvangen door de ouders van Nico. De mensen in de nabije omgeving waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanuit de woning hebben we direct een wandeling kunnen maken met onze hond in het bospad. Geweldig.

Het huis ligt op een mooie locatie met mooi uitzicht. Vanwege het mooie weer hebben wij vooral in de tuin geleefd. Het huis is compleet ingericht, maar een beetje oubollig. Veel bezienswaardigheden op redelijke afstand: Pisa, Lucca, marmergroeve Carrara, zwemwater, Cinque Terre. Fosdinovo is een leuk stadje met een goed bewaard kasteel.
