Great location for everything we wanted to see, room clean and well equipped. Breakfast excellent Amy our host most attentive, very friendly and helpful.

Amy was amazing. From the moment we arrived, she could not do enough for us. Always smiling and helpful, checking all the time if everything was ok. Lovely Victorian building, very clean, spacious bedroom overlooking garden with king size bed and good size en suite. Breakfast made to order every day and was always excellent. Good central location, near to main street, prom and pier, yet in a quiet area and with private parking at rere of hotel which is important. A big thank you also to her 2 little helpers, Sian and Ri (forgive misspelling). Have stayed in Llandudno many times over the years, but this was far and away our best experience of hospitality and will be the only place we will stay, in the future.

A traditional English seaside guest house so you get a freshly cooked breakfast to order and the owner is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, on a quiet street just off the main road 5mins from the Great Orme tram.
I would have preferred thicker curtains to keep out the early morning light.
