About this villa rental
Typical Spanish villa of 200M2 facing south on a plot of 1200 m2 in espalier beautifully planted with palm trees, cacti, yuccas, Olivier ... Sleeping capacity from 8 to 12 people.
Rental of the whole house.
We do not rent the villa in two parts.
Sea view from three bedrooms, dining room, living room and two terraces, fourth bedroom facing pool side.
New infinity pool, 5X10 sea view with new terrace, secure with submerged alarm in accordance with French standard NF P90-307-1, night color lighting, outdoor shower, deckchairs and modern garden furniture.
Each room has its own bathroom and toilet, one with a dining area for independent breakfast.
Dining room table 12 people.
2 sofas 4 convertible seats for sleeping 2x2 people.
Living and dining room with panoramic view of the sea and the Calpe rock, fireplace, TNT TV, game console, docking station
Second dining room (panoramic sea view) for breakfast or meal

This is an great property in an amazing location. The pool is the best we've ever had with outstanding views.The house and outside area was very clean. However, the kitchen is very very small with no oven - just a combi microwave and there isn't a proper bbq at the property to cook outside. There are a lots of steps from the road to the property which may be a problem for those with mobility issues. Also to bear in mind is, two of the bedrooms are set on a lower level only accessible by outdoor stairs. We had older teenage girls with us, so they enjoyed this but for a young family, it may not be suitable.We loved the area. A car is an absolute must to get around as the villa is a 10 minute drive from Moraira. Calpe, a little further down the coast, is also worth a visit. Benidorm is 30 minute drive away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most positive aspects are the outdoor spaces with the massive pool, incredible view and the patio area.
Inside, apart from the disappointing kitchen, the rooms are of a very good size and are nicely decorated with each having a slightly different personality. The place could do with a bit of maintenance like lights that don't work, shower hoses that leak etc, which did take the shine off a little bit. But this is a really lovely home and the views make it worth it. A lot of reviews comment you need a car and that is advisable. It is a 20 minute walk downhill to an Italian restaurant that is open only evenings, and a 30 minute walk downhill to a beach bar (Olala). But this walk is a little precarious at night as there are no pavements for most of the walk and limited street lighting and then of course the walk uphill is strenuous. Having said that, it is not a busy road. The Moraira / Benissa Coast area is beautiful and there are more than enough wonderful places to eat and shop.

This property is fabulous! The views are stunning and the location is great for the beaches, Alicante and Valencia. The host was very responsive and receptive to requests. The house was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay very much.
