Delightfully restored seafront villa, immersed in the quiet pine forest of Andora with enchanting view of the harbor. Ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the chaos of the city.
On the ground floor the large living area, directly overlooking the covered and furnished terrace and the private garden of 400 square meters, consists of the fully equipped kitchen, the cozy and comfortable lounge, a bathroom with shower and a spacious room used as a laundry and closet.
The first floor, accessible both from inside and from the garden, consists of 2 double bedrooms overlooking the covered terrace, a bedroom with a two-seater sofa bed and a second bathroom with shower.
The fine sandy beach and the village are easily reached on foot in less than 5 minutes.
Countless opportunities for excursions on foot or by bicycle to discover the paths and natural beauty of the coast and inland.
Cervo, Alassio, Laigueglia a few minutes by car. Genoa, with its monuments, its museums and its magnificent Aquarium in less than an hour. Sanremo and Montecarlo within easy reach and, for shopping lovers, the "Serravalle Designer Outlet" with its 180 shops of the big names in fashion at an hour and a half by car.
"Sporting Pinamare" tennis club with swimming pool at 1 km. Golf Club Garlenda at 15 km.

We had a lot of rain, but the stay in the house and the look at the sea was great!

The house is perfect for a family with children of all ages. There are toys for the small ones and wi-fi for the older ones. The terrace with a great view is a place to love. The owner is a most kind person who will make you feel welcome even if you, like we did, arrive in the middle of the night after a six hour queue in the Sankt Gotthard tunnel.
