Große, hübsche etwas ältere Wohnung. Mit sehr großer Terrasse, Balkon, vielen Gartenstühlen und romantischen Garten mit Zitronenbäumen etc.
Die Abfahrt zur Tiefgarage im Haus war für uns nicht nutzbar, zu eng für unser mittelgroßes Auto . Parkmöglichkeiten rundum waren sehr eingeschränkt.

Confortável, ótima localização, silenciosa, aconchegante e ampla.
O ar condicionado do segundo quarto não estava funcionando mas não fez muito falta. Estacionamento apertado pois estávamos com uma SUV grande, por isso preferimos deixar o carro em vagas públicas. Não tem Wi-Fi.

We had a wonderful stay at these lovely apartments, which have the charming vibe of a countryside grandmother’s house. Everything – from the cute curtains to the cozy furniture – feels welcoming and full of character.
The private courtyard is a true gem. With a large table under a canopy, it’s perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The huge lemon tree in the yard was an unexpected delight – fresh lemons for lemonade on hot days were simply priceless!
The bedroom deserves a special mention for its large, comfortable bed with a firm mattress that made for excellent sleep and left us feeling refreshed each morning. The kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning works perfectly in every room, and there’s even a washing machine – everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The location is also ideal: a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short 10-minute walk to both the seafront and the train station.
Vanessa, our host, was absolutely wonderful – warm, attentive, and highly professional. She responded very quickly to any questions and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The only unpleasant moment that slightly overshadowed an otherwise perfect stay was an unexpected incident. One morning, a man began persistently ringing and knocking on our door. He even tried to unlock it with his own key but couldn’t get in because our key was inserted from the inside. Later we learned this was Andrea, a manager from the agency, who came unannounced to check some fire safety equipment. While we understand such checks may be necessary, it felt highly inappropriate and intrusive to attempt entry without any prior notice or permission, especially knowing the apartment was occupied. Unfortunately, Andrea never offered an apology for this behavior, which left us feeling uncomfortable.

Centralt. Uteplats med citroner. Kök och stora badrummet hade de vi behövde
Det mindre sovrummet var inte bra. Sängar obekväma. Kändes påtagligt inklämd. Bättre i så fall att ha en större säng där. Mögel i det rummet. Belysning (gäller hela boendet): Fanns bara belysning i taket. Mindre lampor fungerade ej uttagen på eller kändes farliga att använda.
