Spacious villa, plenty of room both inside and outside space.
No toaster in property which would be convenient rather that having to have oven on. Some of the shutters and locks were very stiff, unable to open rear door, presume heat dries hinges. It would be lovely to have a tidy front garden and provide sun loungers to relax on.

The villa is next to an amazing beach in a lovely village . nice view of the bay from the terrace. The rooms are wide and nice, the kitchen well equiped. Nice designed.great for families. The host is helpful through whatups

I liked the location in front of Voulisma beach. I loved to go at 9:00 am to the beach and enjoy the beauty of the nature and colors, and after a long warm day you just cross the street and you are at home! It is close to Agios Nikolaos, close to Mohlos and Sitia. Elina, gave us a great welcome and information. She is always available for questions and ideas. Washing machine and dishwasher... Loved it!
The design of the house and space is perfect. However the house needs more care and new stuff. Furniture is old and even if clean you have another impression. The bathrooms have humidity and it would be nice to have cable TV. It has also beautiful place for a garden but needs more care.

It was across the street from one of the best beaches. it was a big space.
It definitely needs updating it really didn’t live up to my expectations for the price.
