la casa è uguale a quella delle foto, molto bella, pulita, confortevole. il propietario è gentilissimo! ci ha consigliato posti per mangiare, ci ha raccontato un po di Creta, e anche ci ha regalato una bottiglia del suo olio di oliva! veramente un host fantastico! la location della casa è perfetta, vicino al centro, al mare e a un parcheggio gratuito. consigliato!!

Spacious and clean apartment with a nice little balcony in morning sun, everything just like described. All facilities you may need on your stay. Excellent location, short walk everywhere: supermarket, free parking, restaurants, beach, lake etc. Nico was super friendly and attentive host, very good communication before, during and after the stay. His restaurant recommentations were good, especiallly Portes, which was excellent and very near.
Nothing to dislike, but a full size mirror would be nice :)

The location is perfect for being close to centre of Agios Nikolaos. The owner provided with necessary basic needs such as oil, coffee, milk and oil and drinks. Also with washing powder which is really useful.
The owner’s parents met us on arrival and the lady from Austria showed unwelcome face when she saw my friend who drove us from airport and helped with bags and didn’t have intentions to stay with us.
The owners mother continuously harassed us and pressed the bell of the flat reminding us of moving out condition and incorrect time. On arrival she said strictly “ NO” for late checkout like in previous reviews ( incorrect). The property air conditioner continuously leaked on the floor and then on bed. Please note that these air conditioner was not replaced for at least 20 years. Please be aware how you sit on bed as you can fall through.
