Struttura raffinata, organizzata, accogliente e pulita con molti servizi aggiuntivi, particolarmente apprezzati, inclusi nel soggiorno e gratuiti, come il posto auto in loco, il parcheggio vicinissimo al centro del paese e alla spiaggia e 1 ombrellone con 2 sdraio presso lo stabilimento balneare La Bussola. Il Sig. Gino ci ha accolti in modo familiare e cordiale sempre presente per soddisfare ogni esigenza e richiesta con il massimo della cortesia e discrezione. Ci ha consigliato altresì tutti i luoghi da visitare ed alcune attività di ristorazione veramente eccellenti. Grazie Sig. Gino.

Ottima posizione, a cinque minuti dal parcheggio del lido “La bussola”. Servizi top!
Il pass per il parcheggio, davanti al lido, a due passi dal centro storico, e l’ombrellone con lettini inclusi nel prezzo ci hanno permesso di vivere in serenità e completo relax il nostro soggiorno.
Il proprietario, il signor Gino, ha sempre mostrato grande gentilezza, disponibilitĂ e professionalitĂ nei nostri confronti, avendo spesso piacere a scambiare qualche parola sul nostro soggiorno quando ci incontravamo.
Se avremo occasioni future, sicuramente valuteremo di tornare al Residence Costamartino

Schöne Aussicht. Saubere Unterkunft.
Sehr hellhörig, man kann die Nachbarn sogar durch die Wände reden hören. Von anderen Geräuschen (WC-Spülung, etc….) ganz abgesehen. Kein Geschirrspülmittel, Reinigigungsschwamm, Lumpen zum Oberfächen putzen, Geschirrtuch vorhanden. Normal findet man in solchen Unterkünften Sachen wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc… von den Vorgängern vor, aber da war überhaupt nichts. Solche Sachen kann man in der Küche lassen, das beeinträchtigt die Hygiene in keinster Weise.
Ich bin einen Tag früher abgereist, weil es mir zu laut war in der Anlage, und habe es Gino früh genug gesagt, damit er bei meiner Abreise parat ist um mir die 50 Euro Kaution (musste ich noch nie irgendwo hinterlegen) zurückzugeben. Habe Gino angerufen, um ihm zu sagen, dass ich abreise. Er hat erwidert, dass er nicht da sei, aber er komme gleich. Nach einer Viertelstunde kam er um eine Ecke geschlurft, und tat so als ob er nichts verstehen würde. Ich musste ihm dreimal sagen, dass ich abreise und ich meine Kaution wiederhaben möchte. Er hat mir dann das Geld gegeben, aber bei mir hat das einen sehr schlechten Beigeschmack hinterlassen.
