About this house rental
Delightful stone cottage surrounded by olive trees with a splendid viewpoint, ideal for relaxing holidays in contact with nature. The cottage is located in the historic part of Spigno Saturnia, on the slopes of the Aurunci Mountains; mountain enthusiasts, from the town center, will be able to easily use the vast network of paths that wind through the Aurunci Park, while sea lovers, in a quarter of an hour by car, will be able to reach the most renowned beaches of the Gulf of Gaeta; on request, it is possible to book, exclusively, a daily excursion aboard a 10-meter sailboat to discover the splendid stretch of coast between Formia and Sperlonga.
The surroundings are all to be discovered, both from a naturalistic and historical and cultural point of view: the archaeological area of Minturnae, the Roman sites of Formia, the Riviera di Ulisse park, the Montagna Spaccata di Gaeta, the seaside village of Sperlonga.
Excellent base for day trips to the Royal Palace of Caserta, Pompeii, Naples and the fascinating islands of Ponza and Ventotene, connected daily by ferries and hydrofoils from the nearby Formia.

We had an absolutely brilliant 6 night stay at Daniella's property. The villa is located in an absolutely beautiful spot, with stunning views out across the countryside but within 20 minutes drive to the sea. Daniella was a wonderful host and always answered questions promptly. My children particularly enjoyed the basketball hoop!

We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed. Very private house with lots of outdoor space to lounge around. Secure parking area was a bonus.

Das Haus ist in einem kleinen Dorf. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut. Es ist alles so, wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Zum Strand mit dem Auto ca. 15-20 Minuten, zum nächsten grossen Supermarkt 15 Minuten. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort.

Nette Vermieter, unkomplizierter Kontakt, besonders hervorzuheben ist die spektakuläre Aussicht aus dem Haus von den großen Terrassen und der tolle Olivenbaumgarten mit Hängematte. Insgesamt ein toller Ort und Urlaub - sehr zu empfehlen!
