Gorgeous view, well working A/C and fan. Amazing to stay within the village of a castle. Toured the castle one morning and were floored by the history and murals! What an incredible hidden find. Stay was accommodating to ensure an early (7:30) breakfast when we had to check out early. Lovely hiking paths behind the castle going into vineyards, nature, and down into the town.
Parking was close, but could fill up quickly if the restaurant was busy in the evening. We almost could not find a spot late one evening. If you book a dinner at the restaurant in the summer, make sure you specify outdoors, as the inside of the restaurant can get pretty hot!
