This detached house in Boscastle sleeps up to ten people in five bedrooms.
Orchard Lodge is a smart and stylish detached house a short walk from the village centre and harbour in Boscastle. The house sleeps ten people in five bedrooms with five en suite shower rooms and a family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Outside front and rear gardens with patio area and garden furniture, and off road parking for five cars. Orchard Lodge is a brilliant family home from home in which to relax or explore nearby beaches and walk the Coast Path. Note: Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms, however they are allowed on the sofas providing the throws supplied are used. Note - Short breaks are not accepted during July - unless agreed in advance with the property owner - if you would like to book a short break during the month of July please call to discuss

Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, Wine and beer cooler, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Playstation 3, table tennis table. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for five cars. Enclosed garden with BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome (see note below). Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: There are no downstair toilets in the property, they are all upstairs in the ensuite shower rooms and family bathroom.
