In the typical Parisian district of Jourdain (shops, cafes, market ...), near the large park Buttes Chaumont, near the center of Paris with the line 11 which takes you directly to Châtelet and City Hall in 15 minutes, we rent a duplex with parking available.
It is a family apartment in a maintained residence of 110 m2, which has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony and a terrace. All rooms open onto a large quiet and bright garden.
On the first floor: entrance, 1 bedroom (mattress: 160 x 200 cm), living room (TV, internet) and American kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave), bathroom with bath, toilet separate, large balcony.
On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet), terrace

Comfortable and well-equipped, the property is in a secure and quiet location within a short walking distance of shops and restaurants and the metro at Jourdain. Perfect for a few days exploring the delights of Paris!

Nice place, plenty of space, close to the Jourdain metro. The neighborhood is nice, lots of little cafes. My only issue is the spiral staircase (I knew they had one, just didn't realize how steep). We had no issues, but it is not for the faint of heart! Anyone with mobility issues will have to use the first floor bedroom. As a side note, the water pressure was awesome. The building is very secure, two doors to get in, a lock for the stairs, had no issues walking around with 2 teenagers. Close to grocery stores as well. Took us about 20 to 30 minutes on metro to get to the major sites, very convenient.
