About this house rental
Ideally located in very quiet area just outside Turin (20 min from historical center) with large walled garden (1000m2) swimming pool (private: 9X4m) and pigeon tower, located on 12 acres of private land. The 18th century country house is still in its original state and has a total surface of approx. 400m2. The house is divided into two independent living areas, the low part (which used to be occupied by the ministry) is permanently let. This neighbor has his own piece of garden and has access to his house through the shared garden gate (but has no access to the pool when there are guests) The part that we rent to guests is the whole "gentleman" farm and consists of a kitchen, dining room, study, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and lounge with large terrace.
This country house offers an ideal base for a family or friends to visit the beautiful city of Turin or the entire Piedmont region (where it is not teeming with tourists like in most other Italian cultural cities) After a day of city, mountains, wine hills or sea you can enjoy the quiet surroundings, the sun and of course the pool.

We hebben zeer genoten van het verblijf. Het is een groot huis dat met liefde gerestaureerd is door de eigenaar. Vanuit het huis ben je snel in Turijn maar ook in allerlei kleine stadjes in de buurt. Ook voor wandelaars is er veel te doen. We hebben een paar heel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Het huis is ruim van opzet met verschillende ruimtes en een ruime eetkeuken. En een heerlijk zwembad natuurlijk.

Karakteristiek huis met mooie grote kamers met de sfeer van vroeger. Fijne badkamers, wasmachine en internet dat in een deel van het huis goed is. Gezellig geluid van kippen van de aangrenzende boerderij. Pingpongtafel, veel ruimte buiten en binnen. Turijn dichtbij. Een aanrader voor wie van een sfeervol Italiaans huis houdt!

La maison est incroyable, grande et dans son jus, on se croirait dans un château, très sympa avec les enfants. Dans les environs, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire à part visiter Turin, d'autant qu'à la mi-août beaucoup de choses ferment dans les grandes villes et l'ambiance était très calme. Nous avons toutefois passé un très bon séjour, la maison est bien équipée, la piscine, le jardin sont très agréables. Seul bémol, pas vraiment de possibilité de déjeuner dehors, il y a seulement une petite table. Énormément de moustiques aussi mais ça les propriétaires n'y peuvent rien !
