Very beautiful cottage "Bricco delle Rondini", renovated in 2019, surrounded by meadows and vineyards. 25 km from the centre of Alba, 5 km from the centre of Montà d'Alba, 26 km from the centre of Asti, in an elevated position. For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (9 x 6 m, depth 100 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 25 km, railway station "Villafranca d'Asti" 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 26 km. Sehr unkomplizierte und nette Vermieter, großartiger Pool, sehr schön renoviertes Haus, nur die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, wenn man richtig kochen möchte. Sonst alles bestens.

Das Haus und der Pool sind wirklich sehr schön und alles ist super gepflegt. Der Ort und die Ortschaften drum herum sind super verschlafen und wirken sogar recht verlassen. Mit der super netten Gastgeberfamilie kann man über ein Übersetzungsprogramm kommunizieren, sollte man kein italienisch können.

Wir verlebten tolle Urlaubstage in einen wunderschönen, detailgetreu und liebevoll sanierten Ferienhaus in Piemont. Die Ausstattung wurde sorgfältig ausgewählt und ist von hochwertiger Qualität. In jahrelanger Arbeit wurde mit viel Herzblut ein wahres Schmuckstück erschaffen. Herzlichen Dank für Alles.
