Wohnzimmer hellhörig, wenn die Nachbarn da sind. Aber das Schlafzimmer trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Très bien situé, à 20 minutes à pied de la gare Lyon Part-Dieu, un bel appartement bien agencé. Métro Garibaldi à proximité, vous êtes en 15 minutes dans le vieux Lyon.
Comme tout appartement qui a son charme de l’ancien, l’isolation phonique n'est pas son point fort (parquet grinçant, voisins du dessus qui font les 100 pas en pleine nuit...). Si vous n'êtes pas sensibles au bruit cela ne vous ne gênera pas.

Lovely apartment with all the amenities that we needed. Washing machine, full kitchen, separate bedroom, great heating. Close to the metro and the area felt safe. Good feel to the apartment
