Great location. Near to the T1, T2 tram stop and Metro A. All the necessary facilities a short stay might need is available at the property. The host is nice and friendly. The old style building has a nice charm.
The main door lock to the apartment (not the building) is a bit tricky. Will eventually get used to the amount of pressure needed. But not a fan of the key.

We were hesitant to book this, thinking it was in a grim location. But the historic Brasserie Georges is just next door, and it's a stone's throw away from the Lyon Perrache station, making it very convenient to get anywhere in the city. The flat itself is in a gorgeous old building, it's got a balcony that overlooks the river (the highway in between is not that charming, but it is a view nonetheless), the living area is spacious and the kitchen well equipped.
Couch wasn't super comfortable for sitting nor sleeping, but we hardly used it anyway. Some reading lights in the bedroom could be good to have.
