Our 2nd visit here, the room was lovely and had everything we needed, bed extremely comfortable. Staff were lovely and professional and couldn't do enough for you. This was a special visit for us as it was my partners 60th birthday and we were visiting family, Jay arranged for prosseco and a balloon in our room upon arrival a lovely surprise for my partner.
We will definitely be back again, it was a pleasure, 5*

Front door entry & room entry was a key pad,no worry about losing keys. The room was lovely & clean. All in all a very nice place, would definitely stay here again.
Just some small niggles. The shower was not the most powerful & as I stopped in January the heating didn't really warm the room very well, but nothing I couldn't cope with.
