I had booked a room with big bed, when I was shown room (11)it had not been made up.
Then taken to a room with a small bed and told that was all they had. (Room 18)
Music/t.v play in room next door all through the night.

Booked here so we could stay for a couple of hours and get changed ready for an evening eveny.
Room was cheap, but real value for money. It was clean, had shower and tea facilities, and we were able to rest in a comfy quiet room prior to heading out for the evening.

I got a very bad experience at my last booking there. After paying for a room, I got there early but they insisted that I should come back to check in but to my greatest surprise, after work I went to check in and was told that my reservation was cancelled and there was no email or phone calls to notify me. I had to pay double to get another room elsewhere. I will never use their hotel again
