The farm is a delightful location, within relatively easy walking distance of Petworth and Tillington and a selection of excellent pubs.
The breakfast was simple but delicious and although I did not have a cooked breakfast, I’m absolutely sure that it would have been as fresh and as tasty as the rest of the breakfast.
I would highly recommend this stay for anyone who loves the sounds and the smells of the countryside. It is in a delightfully rural area, and while the farming life is a very busy one, both Liz and Phil have provided a very relaxed, unrushed and welcoming setting.
I can honestly think of nothing which might be improved. Being by the River Rother, I suppose, if there were many weeks of sustained rain, there might be flooding, so one would probably choose higher ground if there was a long period of very wet weather!

It’s in a beautiful place, the room and bathroom are terrific, the breakfast is exceptional and the whole experience is terrific. We’ll be back!
