Easy check in and good communication about where to get the keys. Great location for Butlins, the beach and town centre. The room was a nice size and comfortable. The cakes and snacks were a lovely treat om arrival.
The shower water pressure wasnt great and the toilet was hard to flush. The fridge also kept waking us up but apart from that its a great space.

Great location , 1 minute walk to the beach , if you’re visiting butlins for the day it is right by the day gate. Parking available on the drive in front of guesthouse. Room clean with a mini fridge and some snacks provided which was a nice touch
A view of sea would have been nice but it is what it is.

Kettle needs descaling and the room could do with a dusting.
Stairs were quiet steep
