Ideally located, a stone's throw from the sea and the mountains, this small tastefully furnished villa offers all the comfort you need for a holiday under the sign of the sea, rest but also culture. 30 km from Paestum, 20 km from Salerno, 54 km from Pompei, 70 from Naples, 3 km from the astronomical observatory, 14 km from the first sandy beaches, 40 km from the ski slopes and 30 km from the Amalfi Coast , this country house will satisfy you all by ensuring a return to calm after a day of frenzy. Its large garden (4000 m2) equipped with lounges, arbours, barbecue, swimming pool, sun loungers, hammock, children's games ... is surrounded by olive and fruit trees (available to tenants - fig, apricot, lemon trees. ..). The Villa is ultra equipped, you will really feel at home, and regret having to leave.

We stayed here for our summer holiday, our group was two adults and three children (ages 5 and 11).
The property is set off the main road and needs a small drive along a single lane road to get there. The benefit of that is there are very beautiful views of olive groves and the hills of the local area from any part of the property.
We had a very enjoyable stay here, the property includes everything that could be needed to make our stay comfortable and our children enjoyed playing in the pool. The pictures on the listing do not do the property justice. Our host was very welcoming upon arrival and had some food ready for us after our long journey. Any questions about the property or the local area was answered promptly and helpfully.

The house is located off the beaten track amongst olive groves and is so quiet. The house was immaculately clean and well maintained while we were there. It’s really a home away from home and I can highly recommend staying. Be aware that it isn’t really close to beaches. It’s about an hours drive to Naples and the attractions of Pompei etc. I’d recommend a boat trip to Amalfi, Positano etc unless you really like being stuck in traffic! The location wasn’t an issue for us as we like exploring.
My only suggestion would be a manual for the house with notes about pool maintenance etc

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Vue magnifique sur la campagne, au calme, proche de toutes les commodités. Proche des centres d''intérêts (Paestum, Salerno, côte Amalfitaine, Naples). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, surtout avec la canicule. A seulement 30mn de la plage. La maison est bien équipée et la propriétaire adorable et toujours disponible. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir. Location parfaite pour des enfants en bas âge (piscine hors sol, balançoire, jeux...). Encore merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité."
