About this villa rental

My cozy cottage is located in the silence of the green close to the sea and beach. Suits holiday of friends or families.
The sandy beach is free accessible only to condominiums and lessees, this does not result in any cost of establishment, two entrances, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, new kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, outdoor hot shower in masonry, 2 gardens, patio, prune inner self.

The gardens are equipped with tables and chairs.

SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.

THE TOWN 'IS BETWEEN TERRACINA AND SPERLONGA.

Very close to bars, restaurant and mini market.
My place I like the easy access to the sea.
