About this house rental
Our brand new apartment is located in Villamagna, a small town on the Florentine hills 12 km from the center of Florence.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: WIFI, air conditioning / heating, panoramic terrace.
In just 10 minutes you can reach the south of Florence, the highway and public transport with which to move around the city.
It is also well positioned to explore all the fantastic Tuscan places: Siena, San Gimignano, the Chianti, the coast, etc.
So you can enjoy the beauty of Tuscany without giving up relaxation and nature.
The "Piero" apartment has been converted from an old barn maintaining the typical characteristics of the building and the area, but studying modern solutions with a refined and refined furnishing in detail.
The apartment is located inside our farm: in fact we produce vegetables, fruit, wine, oil, legumes and processed products that, if desired, can be purchased by guests.
For those who also want to try their hand at some practical activity, it will be possible to organize experiences related to sowing, harvesting, cooking and processing of products in the company.
The apartment is on two floors:
on the ground floor there is the living room-kitchen with a table for 6 people and a double sofa bed.
On the first floor, the master bedroom with views of the countryside and the complete bathroom with shower
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people including children who do not pay as extra guests under the age of 6.
From the living room-kitchen there is access to a splendid terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. Here you can relax, eat and enjoy suggestive aperitifs with sunset views.
The other half of the terrace houses a second apartment, the Giulio apartment, which if desired can be rented simultaneously, accommodating up to 8 people of the same family, friends, etc.
It will be possible to make the terrace a unique space to eat together, relax and enjoy the holiday together:

In the property there are also the swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of October), the barbecue and the pizza oven, which can be used by guests.
To them we also offer a whole range of EXTRA services (not included in the price) to facilitate and brighten their days: linen change, laundry and cleaning, cooking classes, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, aperitifs in the pool, pizza, visits of the company, Italian courses, etc ... ask if interested!

We were able to fulfill our desire to combine a relaxing and educational vacation in the booked apartment in Villamagna.
The apartment is perfectly located, beautiful view of the surroundings of Florence, the proximity to Florence, the equipment of the apartment and the farm on which the apartment is located, as well as Villamagna itself let us enjoy a great vacation.

Maria is an amazing host! Beautiful area in the countryside away from busy city. We were greeted by her and fresh eggs from their farm. We also had the opportunity to taste the fresh tomatoes and basil when we stayed in and cooked pasta one night. Farm to table! We just wished we had more time to stay there. Maria answered any questions we has about the area and was very kind in helping us with transportation taxi service back and forth

Verten var veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig. Området var fint og rolig. Vi følte oss veldig trygge da det var bevoktet på natten. Kjempehyggelig familie. Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte, og vaskemaskin og tørketrommel lå ved vertens hus. Følte vi hadde mye privatliv selv om leiligheten var på gården til verten. Alt i alt, den perfekte opplevelse om en ønsker å leve det italienske liv for en stund.
