About this farm stay rental
The apartment, located on the ground floor, is part of the farmhouse, located on a beautiful hill overlooking vineyards and the town of San Miniato. The farmhouse is made up of 12 apartments in total, each with bedrooms with linen, private bathroom with welcome towels and silks, kitchen with various utensils, living room with sofa, wi-fi. Guests can relax in the large garden in front, with tables and chairs, or enjoy a glass of good wine produced by the owners on the panoramic terrace. In the garden there is a shared barbecue for guests. A few steps from the apartments there is the panoramic salt water swimming pool, with sunbeds and umbrellas. In high season 2/3 typical Tuscan dinners are served. In the restaurant room it is possible to have an Italian breakfast on request with homemade desserts, yogurt, bread, seasonal fruit, orange juice, coffee, cappuccino, etc.... Between 2 and 5km there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants. From here you can visit the main art towns of Tuscany, such as Vinci, Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pistoia, Montecatini, Viareggio....

This is a beautiful villa with everything you need. The pool was a lovely addition and the Tuscan dinner provided by the host was truly a highlight.
