The cottage ARTHEMISE is located in a charming village of Haute-Saone BROTTE the RAY (80 inhabitants), calm tranquility. m
House built in the 1800s, adjacent to an agricultural building that is no longer used.
Before an unfenced flower lawn court, swings for children .A covered terrace with garden furniture. The house: a ground floor entrance, a corridor leading to a very equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, clack click wood stove, games, internet, telephone, 1 bedroom with 2lts close (80/200) 1lt for 1 person + 1lt bb. 2 bathrooms with sink basin + shower (1 toilet in a shower), a small corridor leading to the back of a flowery courtyard (with blind) and a shaded lawn, close with games for children, casual + 1 garage .
At 2chs floor (ch 1 to 2 lts 1pers, c 2 1 lt for 2 people) 1 lounge with television, phone, games, books, dvd player, ifi chain, 1wc independent. Gas central heating (metered).
An ideal place to relax, to find the simple joys of the countryside village border by the vannon you can fish, its forest (for beautiful walks (mushroom picking) its renovated fountain, its chapel.Brew the RAy his story with the lords from RAY (Ray small city of character to 5kms) Saone, beautiful ballades with bicycle edge of Saone, fishing)
the towels are not provided, nor the kitchen linen, possibly I can provide 3 € 50 per person for towels.

Maison très bien équipé, comme à la maison. La propriétaire très gentille et disponible si besoin.
On a passé un moment très agréable en famille. Chacun sa chambre.
La chambre familiale en bas est très appréciable pour les jeunes enfants, pas besoin de monter ou descendre les escaliers.
A l'étage un WC, très appréciable pour ceux qui se lèvent la nuit!!
Le grand salon en haut avec des livres pout tous le monde, la télé, des jeux pour enfants, une belle surprise pour nous.

Un très beau séjour avec un accueil aussi généreux que sympathique. Une maison spatieuse qui offre tout le confort dont on peut avoir besoin, un jardin très agréable. Un grand calme et des activités de plein air à faire à quelques kilomètres. Nous étions cinq (quatre enfants et un adulte) et nous sommes sortis de notre séjour en pleine forme et bien ressourcés. Et on serait bien resté une semaine de plus. 🤗

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans le gîte d'Yvette qui a été adorable.
Les paysages et les ciels sont sublimes.
Le gîte est très agréable, confortable et ne manque de rien.
