About this house rental
House completely renovated, for 6 people, in a typical village at the foot of Sancerre.
It is composed on the ground floor, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 high chairs.
1 bedroom (double bed 160), 1 WC on the ground floor, bathroom, storeroom.
And upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed 160 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90, and a bathroom, with a baby bath.
There are 2 beds umbrellas, and 1 changing table.
Sheets and towels are provided.
But if you want to bring your sheets and towels, we raise 15 € per room, just tell us to update the rate.
Cleaning charge of 30 € to be paid on the spot at your arrival.
Garden (300m2) with view on the vineyard, summer living room covered with its plancha.
The house is comfortable in a refined country style.

The house had everything we wanted and the owners were very kind and helpful. The kitchen was very well furnished and the bathrooms and toilet brandnew. The backgarden was very nice to relax and from there you can reach the parking, suitable for two cars. It takes less than ten minutes by car to Sancerre and the Carrefour supermarket. And the landscape: wonderful!

The gite we stayed in was very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The hosts have thought of pretty much everything holidaying family need for their stay. It is well positioned for exploring the Loire valley and especially the hill town of Sancerre itself
The reason this is not a five star review is because we really felt that there needed to be a second toilet, preferably on the first floor. A house for six with only one toilet on the ground floor and a spiral staircase to navigate in the night should the first occupants need a toilet in the night, seems not to be optimal.
Apart from that we had a great stay and we would recommend this property to friends and family travelling to this part of France.

We chose this spot for our family trip to this wonderful town. Located near the old viaduct, very scenic surroundings. Easy drive to town center. Host Geraud was very helpful & provided clear instructions regarding access & parking and local recommendations. Beds are comfortable. Note that upstairs rooms are up a circular staircase. Great stay!

Woning was goed, schoon en alles aanwezig !!
Gezellige huis/woonkamer. Eetdeel in de keuken was ook aangenaam , met zicht op de serre en tuin.
Grote slaapkamer begane grond met goede bedden; slaapkamer boven met 2x eenpersoonsbed. Uitzicht op de wijnvelden. Slaapkamer 2-persoons met goed bed.
Nadeel is dat er geen 2e toilet is. Bij 4 of 6 personen is 1 toilet te weinig. Verder geen op/aanmerkingen.
