The property was clean, well-kept, and in a great location near the train station. Entry to the property was seamless and secure. The wi-fi connection was good and the host was responsive to requests.

The reservation was double-booked, so we had to move on the last night of our stay to a smaller room, yet got charged for the full rate. We were put into the wrong room to start with and had to provide screenshots of the reservation and lodging description to get put into the correct room.

A delightful stay from start to finish. The location is so convenient and central, around six minutes' walk from the train station, and right next to Corso Palladio, the main shopping street. There is a large Eurospar supermarket just 2 minutes' walk away. The proprietor was extremely helpful in responding to messages and questions before my arrival. The apartment was beautifully furnished, perfectly clean, and coffee, tea and water were kindly provided. It had a super view across Piazza Castello. Very useful to find items like olive oil and salt in the kitchen cupboard. Accessing the apartments with access codes is easier than it seems - don't be worried. Once you reach the waiting room on the 1st floor of the building, the WhatsApp instructions that you will receive are very straightforward. Highly recommended; I will certainly be recommending this accommodation to friends.

Great location a small walk from the station and the old town. Secure entry. Room was sufficient for our stay but I think too cramped for a more than a few days.

The room lacked a little sugar and milk etc and tea-making supplies. I think it’s fair to expect these in apartments. No salt, oil etc. These basics have been in the majority of other similar places so you can make a salad or cook etc without having to buy salt and pepper, sugar every time.

Cozy apartment with an internal car park. I found it very convenient for planning my stay in the city center. Nice Bathroom
