Delightful warm, comfortable annexe set in large garden of owners’ house. Very private yet assistance nearby if needed. Extremely well though-out and well equipped. Good location for Bognor Regis but Chichester, Arundel, etc as well.

The location is perfect. It’s very quiet & rural. To have the option of the use of the garden that has a pond and delightful resident duck is a wonderful option. The owners even mentioned the use of a BBQ for guests’ use as well.
There is plenty of circulation space in the property and the furnishings are homely. The kitchen is well equipped should you want to prepare meals.
The provisions left upon arrival are amazing.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this amazing cottage.

We were greeted at the gate by gracious hosts, super friendly and helpful, recommended a whole bunch of excellent places.
We mooched around Chichester and Bognor and had this glorious oasis of calm to come back to.
Absolutely stunning location, wonderful hosts and the perfect stay! We’ll be back for summer!

The location couldn't have been better - Accompanying (not intrusive) birdsong. Happily situated in close proximity to beaches, the shops, parks and gardens and other historical landmarks. Just as advertised.
The chalet had everything you might need for staying in or enjoying a tipple and a BBQ outside, and every effort had been made to ensure that your stay was comfortable.
The welcome pack was a lovely addition: Pint of milk, packet of 6 eggs and a square of butter, as well as a loaf of homemade multigrain bread.
We loved everything about our stay here, thank you!
