Upstairs: a bedroom with a bed 140, a room with 1 beds in 90 + an extra LLIT 1 person (80x180) and a bathroom with toilet. A bicycle shelter is available.

We spent a week in this beautiful house which is very well equipped, quiet and perfectly located to explore large parts of the Ardeche. There‘s a tiny footpath right next to the house that brings you in 15 minutes to the stunning village of Labeaume where you can find a few shops and Restaurants.The only sad thing is that we couldn‘t stay longer.

Property exactly as described in an excellent location for getting to all the main tourist sites but away from all the crowds in a peaceful location. Children loved swimming in the river (access down a quiet lane) and we loved sitting in the shady terraces and listening to the birds. Host very communicative and quick to respond.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The house is large and interesting, set in its own gardens. Each room has its own charm (the large wooden table in the kitchen, the amazing garden view from the back room). The view from the front verandah is lovely - we spent most of our time in the house there. The bedrooms are very comfortable (with mosquito nets) and the bathrooms very good. The kitchen is very well equipped. Florence and Alain were incredibly helpful, even leaving us an emergency breakfast when our arrival was delayed. The area is wonderful to explore, with trails down to the river straight from the house. We spent most afternoons swimming there. It is much quieter than around Vallon Pont D'Arc. A wonderful place that we didn't want to leave!
