Our house is located in the Palazzo Bonaparte-Primoli, wanted by Luciano Bonaparte, Napoleon's brother in the historic center of Ariccia, near the Belvedere overlooking the sea; the same spectacular panorama that can be enjoyed from the apartment
It will welcome you in an intimate and romantic setting with a four-poster bed, a kitchen with a nice breakfast snack table, armchairs in front of the fireplace.
Standing comfortably seated you can immerse yourself in the green countryside sloping down to the sea through panoramic windows and the terrace with wide horizons.
You will be able to enjoy in silence, a relaxation out of time; or if you choose to cross the door, you will find yourself in the heart of the ancient village, which is always animated by a lively liveliness, with typical shops, music and cultural events.
You can visit the Palazzo Chigi, with the Roman Baroque Museum and its secular park or sit down to eat the famous 'porchetta' in the typical restaurants the so-called 'fraschette'.

Property is kinda hard to find. Our flight was delayed and it was pouring rain which made things much more complicated. Quaint place as advertised with a view from the terrace to see the monumental bridge and the sea. Hard to park as you have to park down over .5km and walk up that far.

This was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The owner was super helpful in helping me get to Ariccia, and she had managers on site to help as well. The area was great for going on leisurely walks and dropping into cafes. The view from the top level condominium was excellent and it is very quiet up there. It was great!

Our stay in Ariccia, Italy, was lovely. The penthouse apartment had a beautiful view and was well-maintained. Francesca Semerano and her assistant were wonderful hosts. We would love to return someday. We highly recommend Francesca's property in Ariccia.
