About this villa rental
The Pink House, situated in the small town of San Pietro di Feletto, in an anviable location with a 360° view of the surrounding hills, near Venice and surronded in the prosecco area, this property once belonging to an important family of landwoners is today a wonderful holiday home.
The structure, entirely renewed few years back, is greatly appreciated by those who love nature, the outdoors, eating local traditional dishses and savouring prosecco wine, the wine produced by the owners, Sabina and Salvatore who live with their lovely puppies in the red house. Sabina is a sommelier, with a special love for the local area, and she will be more than glad to share her unique knowledge with you.
The area is well known and appreciated for the cultivation of fine wines – especially Prosecco – and for its exquisite restaurants, and is locate just a few kilometres away from Conegliano and Vittorio Veneto, two towns rich with history and well connected by railway and highway with major tourist cities such as Venice, Padua, Vicenza, Verona and, of course, the Dolomites and Cortina d’Ampezzo.
The property consists of n.3 houses, completely independent and separated one from the others.
The Pink House is the largest one, with complete privacy. It has a private parking, a vast garden with olive and fruit trees and a 5x5 meters swimming pool with panoramic view, and a veranda for eat in the open.
Everything is separated by the other two houses.
The interiors of the pink house are fascinating:
On the ground floor, a large open space with 2 small living rooms, a large dining area with a long table, a large fireplace and a small kitchen completely furnished, full bathroom with shower
On the 1st floor, two double rooms with private bathroom, and 2 rooms with either single or double bedroom and a shared bathroom.
On the 2nd floor, 1 double or twin bedroom with private bathroom. In the anteroom of the second floor is possible to add two more beds.

We enjoyed Sabina's place for 1 week (families with children 11-12 years old). The villa is located in a picturesque scenery of Veneto vineyards, in peaceful area. The 2 swimming pools are well mantained and are a nice relief during heat days. House is spacious and very comfortable, we liked a lot there is no TV♥️communication with Sabina was super effective, she is a very nice and friendly host, welcomed us personally and advised all we should know. We like to explore new places and the location of the villa is perfect or to walk around or to travel a bit in Veneto region. It's easier to hv a car:) Taking the chance we would like to thank once again-we had a lovely family time in a charming place:))

Living in an +300 year old farm house is fantastic. The kitchen is a story by itself. Seating 18 people around a massive wooden table, kicks you back in history. On the upstair floors there are plenty of rooms, many with private bathrooms. The landscape arround i so beautiful and makes you want to stay forever. The 2 pools are also very nice and clean. The host Sabina speaks english sn was very helful with advises to shopping and restaurants

The "Pink House" is a large welcoming house in San Pietro de Felletto. Surrounded by prosecco vineyards, it is quiet and comfortable. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so you never feel crowded. The pool provides welcome relief when the weather heats up.
The owners are gracious and attentive, and invited us (and some of our guests) to a happy hour in their garden with spritzes, sausages, breads and laughter.
The exceptional Il Colle Prosecco is a short walk away. And the Dolomiti are less than a two hour drive.
A very relaxing and very enjoyable time in the Pink House.

Wir waren drei Familien, 6 erwachsene , 6 Kinder und einen kleinen Hund durften wir auf Anfrage ebenfalls mitbringen. Das Haus bot ausreichend Platz für alle, beide Pools wurden von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Die Besitzerin Sabina war bei allen Fragen stets zur Stelle und half, z.b. Wenn die Sicherung ausfiel weil zu viele elektrische Geräte es dann doch nicht mehr mit den älteren Leitungen schafften. Das Haus liegt zentral in der ProseccoRegion und bietet eine gute Basis für Ausflüge. Auch hier gibt Sabina tolle Tipps. Tiere muss man mögen, 5 Hunde der Besitzerin gehören zum Grundstück dazu, sind aber absolut gut erzogen und haben uns nicht gestört. Unser Hund und vor allem unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß.
